These Terms of Use and Service Agreement (the "Agreement") are entered into between the operator providing services under the brand ATAC Med. School (the "Service Provider"), and the natural-person user (the "User") of the ATAC Med. School website and/or mobile application.
Email: ggok.yusuf@gmail.com
This Agreement governs use of all services on the platform, including digital content in the field of medical education, multiple-choice (MCQ) and True/False question modules, anatomical structure labeling exercises, the wrong-answer pool and review system, saved questions, personal statistics, social features and premium content.
By registering, signing in, paying, or using any of the services, the User declares that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

3. Registration, Account Security and User Declaration
The User declares that the information provided at registration (first name, last name, email, university, year of study) is accurate, current and belongs to them.
The User is responsible for the security of their account; sharing account credentials with third parties is prohibited. If a security concern arises, the User must change their password and contact the Service Provider.
The User declares that they are legally capable of using the Platform and accepting this Agreement; minors must act with the knowledge and consent of their legal representative.
Checking boxes, tapping buttons, code verification and payment actions on the Platform constitute legally valid expressions of intent in electronic form.
4. Scope and Educational Nature of the Service
ATAC Med. School is an educational technology platform aiming to support medical students, graduates and exam candidates with digital study tools — question practice, subtopic-level progress tracking, performance statistics and an anatomical structure labeling experience.
Content on the Platform is for informational and preparatory purposes only; it has no official exam character and does not guarantee success, ranking or placement.
Our anatomy content is source-aligned to SMT Anatomy 2025; physiology, histology and other modules are originally prepared in alignment with the chapter structure and topic scope of international reference texts. Content goes through production and editorial review. The Service Provider aims for reasonable care but does not guarantee that content is error-free in all cases; corrections identified are released via updates.
5. Service Access: Demo (Free) and Premium Use
Part of the Platform's content is offered as a free demo. Demo access generally covers the first two subtopics of each module; the scope may be updated by the Service Provider without prior notice.
Premium membership becomes active upon payment of the relevant fee and provides access to all modules and subtopics on the Platform. Premium renewal, cancellation and refunds are subject to the rules of the App Store and Google Play.
When the Service Provider adds a new module to the curriculum, it is automatically included in premium membership; content opens on the schedule it is ready for release.
6. Pricing, Billing and Refunds
Subscriptions purchased through the mobile application are managed via the App Store / Google Play. Subscription price, renewal period, cancellation and refund processes are subject to store rules; refund requests accepted by the store are binding on the Service Provider as well.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your store account. Cancellation takes effect in the next period; premium access continues until the end of the current period.
Without prejudice to exceptions provided by law, the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded once performance of digital-content services begins.
Campaigns, discounts and prices may be changed by the Service Provider.
7. Acceptable Use Rules
The User agrees to use the Platform only for personal, individual and educational purposes. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Sharing the account with third parties, acting on behalf of another person, or creating fake accounts.
- Copying, reproducing, sharing, publishing or commercially using Platform content (including questions, explanations and anatomical diagrams) without permission.
- Pulling data with automated tools, bots, scripts or similar methods (scraping) or bulk-downloading content.
- Attempts to bypass Platform security, disrupt operations or degrade service quality; load tests; malicious software trials.
- Behavior that disturbs, deceives or misleads other users; misuse of the friendship system.
- Mass redistribution of content via screen recording / social media; piracy attempts.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
The User may close their account at any time via the Delete Account flow inside the mobile app. Account deletion removes or anonymizes the profile, answer history, wrong-answer pool, saved questions and friendship records; the process is irreversible.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of breach, security risk or legal obligation.
9. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data of the User is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy published on the Platform.
By using the Platform, the User accepts that they have been informed and have had the opportunity to review the relevant texts.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services such as Google Firebase (authentication, database, Cloud Functions), the App Store and Google Play (subscription infrastructure). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies which apply separately.
11. Analytics, Statistics and Anonymous Data
The Platform may produce various analyses based on the questions users solve, success rates, subtopic-level statistics and usage habits. These analyses are used to provide personal feedback and improve service quality; they do not constitute official exam results.
The Service Provider may use anonymous data (no personal-data character; non-identifying) for statistics, reporting, service improvement and commercial analysis.
12. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights in all content on the Platform — software, design, question content, explanations, anatomical diagram annotations, analytics structures, text, images and brand elements — belong to the Service Provider and/or its licensors. The source for anatomy content is SMT Anatomy 2025, used with the approval of the relevant rights holder.
The right granted to the User is limited to personal, limited, non-transferable, non-commercial use. This right does not grant ownership or any right to reuse the content.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, transfer to other platforms, automated scraping, or conversion into a commercial product is prohibited.
13. Question Bank and Content Rights
The ATAC Med. School question bank is original educational content and a database/compilation produced through source-aligned research, AI-assisted production tools, human editing, medical verification, topic classification and originalization processes.
Intellectual, industrial and economic rights in question stems, answer choices, correct-answer keys, explanations, case scenarios, topic and subtopic labels, difficulty levels, source references, TUS/USMLE format labels, ordering, selection, editing, metadata, analytics structures and database organization belong to the Service Provider.
The User may view and solve Platform content for personal educational purposes only. The User is not granted the right to copy, reproduce, archive, export, bulk-download, share, publish, sell, license, distribute, transfer to another question bank, use to develop a similar or competing product, or allow any third party to use the content.
Use of Platform content for purposes such as AI model training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, building retrieval/search databases, building question-generation systems, automatic summarization, bulk analysis or similar machine-learning and automation purposes is expressly prohibited.
Capturing content via screenshot, screen recording, manual copying, rewriting, automated tools, bots, crawlers, scraping, API reverse engineering or similar methods; and using such captured content in the same or similar form on other platforms, violates this Agreement.
The Service Provider reserves all legal and criminal remedies in cases of unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, distribution, conversion into a competing product or use in data/model training — including account suspension, access termination, takedown requests, injunctive relief, and material and moral damages.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure outages, third-party service downtime, internet access issues or force majeure.
Except where required by law, the Service Provider does not accept liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or failure to obtain expected benefit.
15. Evidence Agreement
The parties agree that, in disputes arising from this Agreement, Platform system records, log records, IP information, login/logout records, transaction timestamps and electronic system data may be used as evidence to the extent permitted by law.
16. Notifications
Notifications to the User may be made via in-app notifications, the registered email address, or other electronic communication channels.
The User is responsible for keeping the contact information provided to the Platform up to date.
17. Effective Date, Updates and Changes
This Agreement takes effect when the User registers, signs in, makes a payment or starts using the service.
The Service Provider may update this Agreement in line with legal changes, technical requirements or service scope. Material changes may be announced via the Platform.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Turkish law applies to the implementation of this Agreement.
Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules under consumer law, the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. If the User qualifies as a consumer under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502, rights of application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Court are reserved.
